A whole body and whole mind approach to balancing bodywork. Together we will create a session plan that blends many modalities to ensure you walk out more balanced than when you came in. Appropriate for anyone at any stage of life with any condition.
From $140
A whole body and whole mind approach to deeper body work. Using the entirety of my body through the tools of my feet to release the tension in yours, we will determine how best to unravel unhelpful patterns in your body and use deep compression to move tension out and rebalance fascial webs. Some conditions are too complex for ashiatsu - I am happy to help you determine what is right for you.

A whole body and whole mind approach to navigating a breech baby. Work with me to identify patterns in your body that could be contributing and create a plan to make space for your baby to move or create a smoother ECV experience. These 100 minute sessions also include massage and I include 20 minutes of cushion in case we need more time. Partners and doulas welcome and encouraged to join.

A short and sweet half hour session to focus on one area. Great for intra-oral work, head and neck work, foot work, and infants or children.
